Child Care Conference
in Anchorage Alaska on April 30 and May 1, 2010.
We are currently accepting advertising to be printed in the conference program book. This is a visible way to advertise your products or service and show your support for family child care professionals.
Advertising placed by Members, Community Partners and/or Vendors will receive a 10% discount on the rates below as our way of thanking you for your continued support.

- Program pages in the conference book are 8.5” x 11”.
- All ad copy should be submitted camera ready for printing. If ad is to be black and white please submit in that format.
- Please send your proof-read copy via email to afcca@alaskafcca.org for placement in the conference program book.
- AFCCA will not be responsible for any errors in the advertisement submitted.
- Inside front cover and inside back cover are sold first come first served basis. If cover space is not available a full page advertisement will be placed in the conference program book.
- Conference packet stuffer items must be submitted no later than April 1, 2010. Please submit a quantity of 200 pieces to ensure each conference packet receives your items. Items not placed in packets will be available at the Registration table for no additional cost. Limited to one page.
- A receipt for payment will be mailed.
- To secure advertising space payment must accompany the submission form.
- Any changes or cancellations are due no later than April 1, 2010.
- All advertising spaces are non-refundable after April 1, 2010.
We hope that you consider being an advertiser in our conference program book. Please submit this form and your proof-read advertisement as soon as possible to ensure space availability.
