Important Message to AFCCA Members

To sign up and take advantage of this savings,
follow these simple steps...
1.   Choose a date in which you wish to take your CPR/FA course. 
2. Make payment payable to  AFCCA, your seat will be reserved for you in a  Respond Sytems Infant, Child and Adult CPR/FA course approved for child care providers.  
3. Choose the Mail-in CPR/FA Registration Form.  Mail form and check for your payment to AFCCA, Attn: CPR/FA Registration, 2207 E Tudor Road, Suite 34, Anchorage, Alaska 99504.
4. Or complete the Online CPR/FA Registration Form and submit with a credit card payment.

Please Note:  Give at least 7 days to process your request.  If the training date you indicated is not available, a board member will call you to get an alternate date.
