Workshop Description:

Whether this is a refresher class or your first time taking SIDS/SBS, you will learn the most up to date research about risk factors of SIDS/SBS.

SIDS: Learn the importance of the Back to Sleep Campaign and how to speak to parents about the requirements of your facility and the importance of following these recommendations.

SBS: Learn useful techniques to manage your emotions and the stress that can come with working with children. We will also go over the symptoms and complications of SBS.

Child Development: Birth to 3 years, this will include milestones, games to increase brain development and appropriate toys.
